Actually i have been giving jesse Milk thistle as a supplement for an older gal . It has unique way of helping the liver and maybe it could help luna

since she still feels good i would think...

As Lolo mentioned maybe the cataracts completed total blindness .

For a dog who was never aggressive something is definitely not correct

Pancreatitis if still occurring is extremely painful ....

Be careful with food and go slow . Its the enemy when you have pancreatitis

she needs the IV fluids .Pain medication is helpful because its quite painful . Actually my brother has pancreatitis at this time and has had 2 hospital stays with 2 weeks spent at the hospital . So...

With jesse i had to drive her to an emergency clinic for after hours and then return her to our regular vet during the day

Maybe you can bring luna home for the night and return for the day

Could have made a miss diagnosis and it sounds more like pancreatitis . I probably would not try to feed anything . positive thoughts and prayers for luna

nice looking curve congrats . Yes there is the opportunity for a small increase .

Testing blood sugar at home is probably still in the minority . I may have not done it if it wasn't for the forum...

the big problem I see with your post that it appears that you raised the dose of insulin based on one number

If thats what is occurring the problem with that is just one number...
