Honestly, I don't think he's at the right amount.... if he was at the 36 units of caninsulin, Novolin you decrease by 20% is that correct? Then he should have been started at 28 units right?

Nat he didn't start the seizures until after he was cut down. Do yo think going back to the Caninsulin may work? Fasting this morning 21 and 21 units. Checked at 7:45 he was 28. Will be heading home...

Well his fasting was this morning was 25.6 hadhis breakfast an 21 units. He slept through the night so that is good. At 10:30 he was 32.5 the we have a seizure this morning again....blood at 10:53...

Yesterday he was a bit higher but not very much. Today he's in the low 20's. But he is sleeping through the night, water intake/output returned to normal. And the Omegaderm seems to be agreeing...
