Like others have said, I dont think it has anything to do with her BG levels. They look really good.

A few posts back you mentioned that you were hand feeding her. That may indicate that there is some pain involved in eating, which could be pancreatitis.

At this point, I think were just guessing.

Id have her examined by your vet.
