How wonderful is that? All of it, the outfit and how well you have shepherded him through this past year.

I hear the heartbreak about letting the pups go. It will give you comfort when Alfie's time does come that you gave him this gift of your undivided attention.

Your Dog Magazine sent me an email yesterday to confirm that they will be including Alfie's story & pictures in the next issue of the magazine in with the article they are featuring on diabetes. I am SUPER excited to see my boy in print. I only hope all the fame doesnt go to his head and that he doesnt start acting like a diva superstar
I hope it helps encourage others in the UK to home test and if nothing else its an amazing keepsake for me to have of him.
Very excited about this Allison!

Thanks for all awesome comments on the wee superdog dude Alfie.
He really loves a bit dressing up!

It's just gone 12.30am here which means it's not only officially St Patricks day but.........

It's the wee dudes 11th birthday.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY little man. Do hope u like the batman costume I bought for ur birthday. Pics will be posted tomorrow. Cake and party organised for the 18th.

Never thought he would make it to last years birthday so it's a very special celebration this year. Got cake & doggie party hats and doggie goodie bags for his friends who are coming to help celebrate.

I may have crossed the line from eccentric to lunatic but super excited for his party
