Maggie May my bichon is now blind caused by the diabetes. Eyes should be evaluated immediately or they will develop glaucoma which causes severe headaches. She is on 4 eye drops to temporarily help with this but we have to decide whether or not to have her eyes removed which will eliminate all the pain except the depression from being blind.
