Caution the rear window note hijacker/thief

My niece had told me this has been happening

When you get into your parked car and go to back out and if you see a piece of paper or a note on your rear window, lock your doors, do not get out of the car to take it off, hijacker & thiefs have been doing this so you get out of the car, they then either steal your purse or take the car or maybe you will get hurt.
