Hello friends,
This is not related to diabetes (Jeb is fine) and if it’s not appropriate, one of the moderators can take it off. Thanks. I would like to ask for anyone who believes in prayer to pray for our 18-year-old grandson, Richie. He has been in the hospital for awhile waiting for a heart transplant. Last week, he became so sick they didn’t think he would live another day. They took him to surgery and implanted a biventricular assist device, a combination of two devices that support the left and right sides of his heart. While he was in surgery, he had what they call a spinal cord infarction, a stroke of the spinal cord. He is now paralyzed from the shoulders down. They say that sometimes people have some recovery from this and sometimes they don’t. They’ve taken him off the heart transplant list. We are basically praying for a miracle. If anyone could add your prayers to ours, we would greatly appreciate it. Glennys

Laura & Charlie 29 lb male lhasapoo diagnosed October 2013. 16ish units of Novolin N. 1 & 1/3 cup of Natural Balance Fat Dog twice a day. An egg with breakfast and chicken with dinner. Shares string cheese with us late afternoon. Cyclosporine ointment for KCS. Blind from cataracts January 2014. Crossed the rainbow bridge 2/1/2016 at 14.5 years
