My department at work has a new director and he has started something called motivational Monday - where we will all take turns sending out something inspirational/motivational to start our week off on a positive note.

In looking for something for my turn I came across several versions of 'important life lessons we can learn from dogs.' They truly do teach us so much in such a short amount of time.

After 14 years I'm sure the pain of losing him is overwhelming. May his spirit live forever in your heart. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Julie,

I am so sorry about the loss of your sweet baby. At my age, I have lost a few pets in my life. It is never easy - some were much harder than others but it takes time to get to a point when you can actually think of them without crying. They just don't live long enough.

I hope your good memories can give you some peace. At least, Guapo is no longer suffering and is flying free.

Thinking of you,
Amy

Oh Julie I'm so sorry Guapo has crossed the bridge. How lucky he was to have you for his Mom for 14 years. May those memories of the fun times help ease your loss.

How wise of you to take that picture, it is so full of love.
