    Cami, A Foster Mini Dachshund Needs Your Votes!

    Cami is the cutest little mini dachshund that you could ever meet.

    Her foster Mom, Joanne, has entered her in a photo contest with, 'Modern Dog Magazine' with hopes of helping to spread the word about canine diabetes.

    Asking for your votes to help Cami and her foster Mom teach others that canine diabetes is a disease that many dogs and their owners face.

    Jesse-26 lbs - 16.5 years old ,11 years diabetic, one meal a day homemade and a vitabone snack . 3 shots of Novolin( under the Relion name ) a day . Total insulin for a 24 hour period is 6.5 units of NPH insulin .

                  I used to think it was hopeless to try to find homes for these dogs, but there always seems to be an angel watching over them to find just the right place.

                  Lucky for both of us we found each other. I'd do it all again girly.

                      Her foster Mom, Joanne, is doing an amazing job with working at her diabetes and seeing her thru her surgeries and recovery as well.
