Just wondering how long it takes as a new member to be able to post a new thread.
A friend tried to register a few days ago. She needs help with her diabetic dog, who has high uncontrollable blood glucose levels.
Maybe she hasn't checked her 'junk' mail folder

Usually not very long. I sent a note off to the admistrator in case the request was missed.
