Sherry, I'm so sorry for your loss. As I lost my own Gretel just 6 short weeks ago, I completely understand how you are feeling. I wasn't prepared either to make that decision when I did, it just came too quickly for me to really process it. But, I know it was the right decision and I know that yours was the right one too, as hard as it is. I'll be thinking about you in the coming days and weeks as the healing begins.

I love to think of this... They all get to meet, and discuss how they have so much in common.

Take care.

So sorry for your loss. Fred had such a long wonderful life with the best caretakers he could have ever dreamt of having. He will always be with you

I'm so sorry to hear of Fred's passing. You have him a beautiful life, and in the end you let him leave this world peacefully. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Sending cyber hugs and puppy kisses your way,

Oh Sherry.... I am so sorry it came this quickly. I glad you didn't,t let him linger long though. I know I have shared my experience with renal failure cases with you and Fred can just be at peace and not sick any longer.

I just looked at your pictures. It is obvious how much the whole family loves the dogs. I hope Abby helps to fill the void that will be left.

Sherry, that love and grief is what makes you a great pet parent. I think it's only harder when they require so much care: our lives do revolve around them and their meds. It's ok to let yourself grieve.
