Any cure for blindness?

Snow ball has been doing well these past couple of years on insulin however she is pretty much blind at this point, wondering if there is any help for the vision without expensive surgery? Can't justify on 12.5 year old dog and don't have the money regardless.

Nope not much you can do for dogs or human cataracts except surgery

The good thing is dogs dont have really good eyesight to begin with so their other senses are very strong . My jesse never got cataracts but her eyesight and hearing arent that great but that nose of hers is like having eyes
