  • Lean Ground Beef

This is a video showing how to make ground beef as lean as chicken breast.
The study was done by Dr. Donald Small from the Boston University School of Medicine.

The concept is cooking temperature and oil (insolvents pulling out insolvents) and rinsing with boiled water with an average of 68% less fat than regular cooked ground beef.

I tried it and figured if it didn't work I would throw it in some sauce for the grandkids.

To my surprise, I let it cool and ran my fingers through it there was no grease residue on my fingers.
