Some of you may be familiar with Zeke, a husky mix belonging to nature writer/blogger (http://www.faultline.org/) Chris Clarke. I stumbled on Chris' blog in 2005 and fell instantly in love with Zeke - he's one of those dogs that lodges in your heart, even from afar. Zeke passed away in February 2006 at the venerable age of 16.
I admired not only Zeke but Chris' unwaivering love and dedication to him and the beauty of Chris' writing.
Chris has written a book about him and Zeke during the last three or four years of Zeke's life that is a compilation of some of his wonderful blog posts over those years. I recommend it...
